Harnett County is gearing up for a major industrial expansion with the launch of the Harnett 95 Industrial Center in Dunn. This ambitious 60-acre development, in collaboration with the I-95/I-40 Crossroads of America Economic Development Alliance, will feature over 800,000 square feet of industrial space. Initial construction includes a 162,000-square-foot speculative building, kicking off in early 2025. Positioned strategically at Arrowhead Road and U.S. 301, the center will offer a range of facilities, from 28,000 to 621,000 square feet, catering to diverse industrial needs. Completion of the first phase is targeted for late 2025, promising significant economic growth and job opportunities in the region.
