In Four Oaks, a theft case has been solved with the arrest of Barry Alan Justice, a 49-year-old local resident. Accused of a property theft over $2,700, Justice faces charges of breaking and entering, larceny, and possession of burglary tools. The incident unfolded after a homeowner reported missing items including tools, push mowers, and furniture from a Wilkins-ONeal Road property on December 26. Justice became a key suspect in the case. Authorities located him a few days later during a traffic stop, where they recovered some of the stolen items in his vehicle. Justice is currently held under a $20,000 bond.
