In a tragic incident in Roseboro, Sampson County, two brothers were fatally shot at the Brantwood Court apartments. Authorities identified the victims as Frederick Dixon, 46, and Leo Dixon, 40. The emergency call was received late Saturday night, reporting gunfire at the location. Upon arrival, Sheriff’s deputies discovered the brothers with severe gunshot wounds in the parking area. Despite immediate lifesaving efforts, both men were pronounced dead at the scene. As of now, the motive and suspect details remain unclear. The Sampson County Sheriff’s Office is urging anyone with information to come forward to assist with the ongoing investigation.
