The incident unfolded early Sunday when Sanchez, driving a GMC Sierra, allegedly rammed repeatedly into her husband Ricardo Ramirez’s Chevrolet Silverado. Police were alerted by a frantic 911 call from Ramirez and managed to intercept the vehicles in Cumberland County with the help of multiple dispatch reports. Sanchez reportedly admitted to the assault, claiming it was prompted by anger.
