A dramatic two-county police chase unfolded on Monday afternoon when an Officer with the Dunn Police Department was involved in an incident resulting in a patrol car crashing into a ditch on Highway 421. The pursuit began in Harnett County and extended into Sampson County as officers attempted to stop 21-year-old Hellen Larissa Andino of Raleigh. Luckily, the officer involved in the damage was uninjured. The chase concluded at Carroll Family Cemetery on Dunn Road, where Andino crashed and was apprehended. She now faces a slew of charges, including fleeing to elude arrest, possession of a stolen vehicle, and several traffic violations.
