Drug Arrest in Johnston County
In a late-night patrol incident on November 23rd in Johnston County, a deputy discovered a man, later identified as Zachary Preston Kablack, apparently asleep in his car at a Sheetz fuel pump. Concerned for the driver’s welfare, the deputy initiated a safety check which led to a troubling discovery. Inside Kablack’s vehicle, substances believed to be crushed Oxycodone pills, methamphetamine, and other prescription pills were found, alongside drug paraphernalia. The 34-year-old Raleigh resident now faces multiple charges including felony trafficking in opium or heroin. Kablack is currently held on a $50,000 bond at the Johnston County Detention Center.
