Drug Arrest In Johnston County
In Johnston County, a routine welfare check led to the arrest of Four Oaks resident, William Vaughan Olive, following a concerned citizen’s report. Deputies discovered Olive asleep in his vehicle with visible drug paraphernalia. Upon further investigation, law enforcement found 40 Xanax pills and two bags containing a total of 10 grams of suspected methamphetamine. Olive, 34, faces several charges including possession of methamphetamine and maintaining a vehicle for drug use. He was taken to the Johnston County Detention Center with bail set at $20,000.
