A man from both Middlesex and Wilson is facing serious charges after an arrest by the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office on June 18. Thirty-year-old Oliver Villaturo-Hernandez allegedly had inappropriate contact with a teenage girl he met at a local church. Authorities say the investigation began after the victim’s mother found Villaturo-Hernandez with her daughter. He is charged with felony indecent liberties with a child and felony soliciting a child by computer. Deputies reported finding sexually explicit messages on his phone. The suspect reportedly contacted the victim through Instagram on a Smart TV. Villaturo-Hernandez has been released on an $80,000 secured bond.
