A Johnston County woman faces serious charges following a domestic-related shooting Tuesday evening. Latashia Little, 48, allegedly fired multiple shots through the entry door of a home on Heirloom Court near Benson, striking a 51-year-old Clayton man inside. Authorities say the victim suffered a serious but non-life threatening arm injury and was transported to Wake Medical Center. Little, who was not at the scene when deputies arrived, was later located and arrested. She’s charged with attempted first-degree murder and discharging a firearm into occupied property. She’s being held without bond at the Johnston County Detention Center.
