Two Women Facing Felony Charges For Stealing Money
Two women, both 31, are facing felony charges after allegedly stealing money from an acquaintance’s online banking account in Johnston County. Quinntina Nicole Raines of Clayton and Kieara Lashea Ray of Garner are accused of taking $350 from a 40-year-old Clayton resident. Authorities say the theft was reported on December 24th, and the suspects reportedly knew the victim. The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office arrested both individuals on April 22nd, charging them with felony conspiracy and obtaining property by false pretense. Raines and Ray are being held at the Johnston County Detention Center under a $20,000 secured bond each.
