Teresa Ann Reeves, 55, of Jada Allen Road, Dunn, and Pamela Denise Maynor, 57, of Dunn Road, Eastover, NC, were arrested on August 7. According to the Johnston County Sheriff’s Office, Reeves and Maynor allegedly broke into a residence on Jada Allen Road in southern Johnston County on August 2. The victim reported leaving home around 2:30 p.m. that day to run an errand and discovered the break-in upon returning at 3:58 p.m. During the break-in, numerous items were stolen, including a rifle, a handgun, a child’s toy phone, wedding rings, perfume, a PlayStation game console, and a cremation urn containing human ashes. As of the last report, the urn and other items had not been recovered. The two women are also suspects in a second break-in reported on August 6 on Jada Allen Road, where cash, a video game console, and a cellphone were stolen.
